How does the process work?

We start by understanding your company’s specific needs through a free consultation. Next, our recruitment team screens and interviews from a wide network of qualified candidates. From there, we present you with 2–4 top candidates for your own interviews, ensuring you have the final say.

Are they your employees or our employees?

They work directly for you but are paid through our company. This allows you to benefit from their full-time support without the overhead cost.

Can I have one person fill multiple roles?

Yes. We can match you with a versatile candidate who is equipped to handle multiple responsibilities, tailored to your business requirements.

What security measures have you put in place?

We maintain 24/7 security camera monitoring, conduct thorough background checks for every hire, use a biometric clock-in system, and ensure a company founder is always present on-site for oversight and accountability.

Do I get to pick my employees?

Absolutely. You will always have the opportunity to interview and select the candidates you feel are the best fit for your team.

What If my employees don’t perform to my liking?

If performance is not meeting your standards, we ask for a 30-day notice so we can find a replacement better suited to your needs. To help prevent this, we run an incentive program where employees can earn monthly bonuses based on your performance reviews.

How many hours will the employee be working for me?

Employees work 40 hours per week, providing consistent and reliable support for your operations.

Why do you specifically tailor to property restoration companies?

Our founder brings 13 years of hands-on experience in the property restoration industry. This expertise allows us to understand the challenges, workflows, and skills required to excel in your line of work.

How will I train these employees?

We provide the first 30 days of training at no additional cost. This includes programs like Xactimate Fundamentals 1 & 2, Next Gear University, ChatGPT training, and PuroClean University, as well as daily communication practice to ensure they can engage effectively with your clients.

How often will they be off ?

Employees work 40 hours a week and are given a limited number of leave days. All leave requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
