How does the process work?

First, we consult with you to find out what your company needs, then we recruit and interview through a large list of candidates, and lastly, we provide you with 2-4 top candidates for you to interview

Are they your employees or our employees?

They will be working for you but paid by us

Can I have one person fill multiple roles?

Absolutely, we can find a candidate for you that will suit your business needs

What security measures have you put in place?

We have security cameras up 24/7, we conduct a Background check on every employee we hire, we have a biometric clock in system, and we also have one of our company founders at the office 

Do I get to pick my employees?

Yes, you do

What If my employees don’t perform to my liking?

We ask for a 30 days notice before we find a different candidate more suited to your company. But to prevent that, we implement an incentive program whereby employees are eligible for a monthly bonus based upon your review of their performance each month

How many hours will the employee be working for me?

40 hrs./ week 

Why do you specifically tailor to property restoration companies?

Our founder has 13 years of experience in the property restoration industry, and we specialize in what the industry needs are and how to meet them

How will I train these employees?

We train them the first 30 days for free. They go through training programs such as Xactimate fundamentals 1&2, Next Gear University, Chat GPT training, and PuroClean University. We also train them on how to communicate effectively with clients with daily communication practice

How often will they be off ?

They work 40hrs a week generally, but they have a limited number of leaves afforded to them and they are required to request off, 2 weeks ahead of time
