When asked to come up with a dream team for his PuroClean company, without hesitation, he named Tenzin Jigme for business operations, Scott Sandal for sales and marketing, and Soepa as his lead technician. Currently, Tenzin Jigme is Phil’s business partner, Scott Sandal has taken up the role of Vice President of Sales of PuroClean, and Soepa is actively serving as the lead technician.
